Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient orthopedic therapy to a diverse patient population.
• Perform assessments, develop treatment plans, and execute interventions.
• Assist in maintaining a productivity rate of 60 visits per week, seeing approximately 12-14 patients daily.
• Coordinate with clinic staff and float to neighboring clinics as needed.
• Ensure all therapy sessions are documented accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with the medical team to optimize patient outcomes.

Required Qualifications

• Valid physical therapy license in South Carolina.
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred.
• Ability to work 8-hour shifts during daytime hours.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Outpatient orthopedic experience is preferred.
• Experience with float staffing or covering multiple clinics is a plus.
• Willingness to work up to 40 hours per week with prior approval of OT hours.
