EEG Technologist – Respiratory/Neuro Diagnostics

Contract | Days | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM) | On-Call Required
Key Responsibilities
- Perform EEG procedures within an ambulatory clinic setting Monday through Friday, as well as provide 24-hour on-call coverage for the hospital 365 days a year, shared among the team.
- Cover on-call shifts approximately one weekend per month as part of a rotating call schedule.
- Operate and document within an Epic electronic health records system.
- Support neuro diagnostics services in an acute hospital environment, including a Level II Trauma and Magnet-designated facility.
- Be available to work two out of three major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's).
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of EEG technologist experience.
- Active REEGT (Registered EEG Technologist) certification required.
- Current BLS certification required.
- Proficiency with Epic charting system.
- Candidate's permanent address must be at least 50 miles from the facility (no locals accepted).
- Must be willing to work on-call, including approximately one weekend per month and two of three major holidays.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in an acute hospital or Level II Trauma center setting.
- Familiarity with ambulatory EEG clinic workflows in addition to inpatient neuro diagnostics.
