Registered Nurse – Medical Surgical / Telemetry

Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Medical Surgical / Telemetry setting during night shift hours
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, including telemetry readings, and respond appropriately to changes in patient status
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Active and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license – compact or Ohio state license must be in hand at time of submission
• Nursing education from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program
• Minimum of 2 professional references required; at least 1 must be from a manager, director, or formal leadership role (charge RN acceptable as second reference)
• Ability to comply with state fingerprinting requirements promptly upon contract signing
• Candidates must be available and responsive throughout the credentialing process

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a Medical Surgical and/or Telemetry unit
• Previous travel nursing experience with familiarity of compliance and credentialing processes
