Travel RN – Burn Trauma ICU (Nights)

Contract | Travel | 13 Weeks | Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Burn Trauma ICU setting with a 2:1 patient ratio
• Perform and assist with procedures including wound care, codes, EVDs, and massive transfusion protocols (MTP)
• Operate and monitor critical care and burn/trauma ICU technology and equipment
• Document patient care accurately using Meditech EMR
• Float to other ICU units (MSICU, CVICU, Neuro ICU) or PCU units as needed
• Fulfill weekend requirements of 2 weekends per pay period

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Trauma, Burn, or Surgical ICU
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills
• Ability to work night shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
• CCRN certification
• Team-oriented approach with willingness to assist colleagues and ask questions
