Contract | Night Shift (3x12 Hours, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Onsite | Weekends Required (at least every other)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Room setting within a short-term acute care facility
• Maintain a patient ratio of 1:4, delivering safe and effective nursing care
• Float to other units within the facility or to nearby affiliate facilities based on staffing needs and individual skill sets
• Accurately document patient care and clinical information using Epic electronic health records
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure continuity and quality of patient care
• Commit to working a minimum of 3 of 5 designated holidays as outlined in the assignment agreement

Required Qualifications

• Active Oregon Registered Nurse (RN) license (may submit with license pending)
• Minimum of 1 year of Emergency Room nursing experience
• Current ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications required
• Proficiency with Epic electronic health records (HARSTOP experience required)
• Must have a personal vehicle available for use during this assignment
• Ability and willingness to float to sister facilities as needed; refusal to float may result in termination of assignment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience in an acute care or emergency room environment
• Familiarity with multi-facility health system workflows and float pool expectations
