Job Title
• Surgical Central Sterile Technician - Operating Room
Location
• Englewood, CO
Schedule / Job Type
• Travel, 13-week assignment
• Days shift, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and sterilize surgical instruments and supplies for OR procedures
• Maintain sterile field and assist surgical teams during operations
• Ensure proper handling and documentation of sterile equipment
• Collaborate with OR staff to support smooth surgical workflows
• Follow all unit policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
Required Qualifications
• Minimum of 6 months current acute care hospital experience as CST
• NBSTA and DORA certifications required prior to submission
• BLS certification
• OR/Joint experience required
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Level I trauma and neuro experience
• Prior Meditech EMR experience
• Experience with transplant and orthopedic/spine procedures
• Team-oriented with high accountability and self-direction
