Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a high-volume Family Birth Place setting, supporting approximately 60+ deliveries per month
- Perform Labor and Delivery nursing duties including OR and PACU support, as well as postpartum couplet care
- Care for neonates 32 weeks gestational age and above
- Participate in call rotation, typically one 12-hour shift every six weeks, subject to change based on unit needs
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based, patient-centered care
Required Qualifications
- Current Colorado RN license or compact license with authorization to practice in Colorado, in good standing
- American Heart Association BLS certification (required)
- American Heart Association ACLS certification (required)
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification (required)
- S.T.A.B.L.E. program certification (required)
- Prior Labor and Delivery experience as a travel or staff RN
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in a combined L&D, OR, PACU, and postpartum couplet care environment
- Familiarity with evidence-based perinatal care practices
- Strong team collaboration and communication skills in a fast-paced birth center setting
