Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Days — 4x10-hour shifts (6:30 AM–5:00 PM), with approximately 30% of shifts rotating to 1:00 PM–11:30 PM based on department needs; occasional weekend work required. Call schedule includes 6 weekday and 6 weekend call shifts per 6-week schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Scrub and assist in a wide range of surgical procedures across multiple specialties including General, Orthopedics, Urology, ENT, Neurosurgery, Plastics, and GYN
• Operate and assist with robotic surgical systems including DaVinci and Mako Ortho platforms
• Support orthopedic procedures including total knee replacements and total hip replacements via anterior and posterior approaches
• Assist in neurological procedures such as cervical fusions and lumbar laminectomies
• Support plastic surgery cases including abdominoplasty and breast augmentation
• Participate in on-call rotation covering both weekday and weekend shifts as scheduled

Required Qualifications

• Active Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) credential required
• Demonstrated experience in a hospital-based operating room setting
• Proficiency across multiple surgical specialties including General Surgery, Orthopedics, Urology, ENT, Neurosurgery, Plastics, and GYN
• Experience with robotic-assisted surgery platforms (DaVinci and/or Mako Ortho)
• Ability to work a rotating schedule including evenings and occasional weekends

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Specialized experience in orthopedic surgery, particularly total joint replacements (knee and hip)
• Familiarity with complex neurosurgical and plastic surgery procedures
