Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care and skilled nursing facility setting
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure quality resident outcomes
• Document patient status, progress, and care interventions accurately and in a timely manner

Required Qualifications

• Active Hawaii Registered Nurse (RN) license required prior to contract start date
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facility environment
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends as needed
• Availability to work 40 hours per week

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel or contract nursing experience in an LTC/SNF setting
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills in a long-term care environment
