Key Responsibilities

• Assist licensed Physical Therapists in delivering patient care and implementing treatment plans
• Perform therapeutic exercises and physical therapy procedures as directed by the supervising Physical Therapist
• Complete required clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner
• Monitor and report patient progress and responses to treatment to the supervising therapist
• Maintain a safe and organized therapy environment in accordance with facility standards

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapy Assistant license in the state of Oregon (permanent license required)
• Prior experience working as a Physical Therapy Assistant in a relevant clinical setting
• Ability to meet contract credentialing and quality assurance requirements prior to start
• Must be available to work day shift hours

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
• Familiarity with electronic medical records and clinical documentation systems
