Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting
• Float to a satellite facility as needed, including Camp Verde
• Complete patient assessments and develop treatment plans
• Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare team
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards

Required Qualifications

• Current Arizona state license for Physical Therapy
• Availability to provide ETA for license approval if pending
• Ability to float between facilities as needed

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience in a skilled nursing or rehab setting preferred
• Strong communication and patient care skills
