Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Room setting during night shift hours (3:00 PM – 3:00 AM)
- Assess, triage, and prioritize patients presenting with a wide range of emergency conditions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to deliver timely and effective treatment
- Document patient care accurately and efficiently using facility EMR systems
- Participate in on-call rotations, including 24-hour call shifts as required
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in Arizona or compact state eligibility
- Emergency Room nursing experience
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts in a high-acuity environment
- Willingness and availability to take call shifts, including 24-hour call durations
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous travel nursing experience strongly preferred
- Proficiency with Meditech 6.0 EMR system
