Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Days | Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts (8:00 AM–4:30 PM or 8:30 AM–5:00 PM)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one, 60-minute outpatient physical therapy sessions, seeing up to 8 patients per day
• Deliver neurological rehabilitation services to a diverse patient population including stroke, spinal cord injury, traumatic brain injury, and Parkinson's disease
• Administer and interpret the Fugl-Meyer Upper Extremity Assessment as part of patient evaluation and progress tracking
• Apply evidence-based treatment approaches including vestibular rehabilitation and neurorecovery protocols
• Opportunity to treat musculoskeletal diagnoses in addition to neurological caseload

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Florida (or eligibility)
• Prior outpatient physical therapy experience required
• Ability to administer the Fugl-Meyer Upper Extremity Assessment or willingness to learn quickly
• Experience working with neurological patient populations

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with paired vagus nerve stimulation protocols (e.g., Vivistim)
• Vestibular rehabilitation experience
• Background in musculoskeletal physical therapy
