Travel EP Tech – Electrophysiology Lab

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Travel | 13 Weeks | Full-Time | Onsite | Days | 4 x 10-hour shifts per week | 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Scrub for ablation procedures (RF and Cryo) and device implants including Watchman and Micra
• Monitor and pace ablation cases throughout procedures
• Operate and support use of EP lab equipment including GE Innova, Medtronic Cryoconsole, and Carto Mapping systems
• Document procedural data using MacLab and Meditech EMR systems
• Float to prep and recovery areas as needed to support unit operations
• Work every other weekend and holidays in rotation per facility policy

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an EP or Cath Lab Tech
• Active RCIS, RCES, or RT(R) certification required (or eligible to sit for RCIS)
• Demonstrated ability to scrub for ablations and device implant procedures
• Proficiency with EP lab equipment and hemodynamic monitoring systems
• Experience with Meditech or comparable EMR documentation platform

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with Carto mapping systems and Medtronic Cryoconsole
• Familiarity with Watchman and Micra device implant procedures
• Prior travel assignment experience in an electrophysiology lab setting
