Physical Therapist
Location: Eugene, OR
Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, Days shift, 36–40 hours guaranteed weekly (overtime must be approved beforehand)
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outpatient orthopedic therapy services to patients
• Assess patient needs and develop personalized treatment plans
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patient function and mobility
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient care
• Maintain adherence to all clinical policies and procedures

Required Qualifications:

• Valid licensure as a Physical Therapist in Oregon
• Outpatient orthopedic therapy experience preferred
• Ability to work a full 8-hour day shift
• Strong patient assessment and communication skills
• Commitment to patient care and treatment plan adherence
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Recent outpatient orthopedic therapy experience
• Flexibility to work up to 40 hours with approved overtime
• Excellent documentation skills
