Location: Wylie, TX
Schedule / Job Type: Days, 8-hour shifts, 36 hours guaranteed with potential to work up to 40 hours per week; OT must be approved by the director before working additional hours. This is a travel-friendly position open to first-time travelers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outpatient orthopedic therapy services for post-op and non-op patients
• Manage a productivity expectation of 60 visits per week, seeing approximately 12-14 patients daily
• Double-book follow-up visits as needed to optimize patient care and clinic efficiency
• Collaborate with the clinical team to develop and implement patient treatment plans
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment through electronic health records

Required Qualifications:

• Valid license or certification as a Physical Therapy Assistant
• Prior outpatient orthopedic experience preferred
• Ability to work full-time days in a fast-paced outpatient setting
• Good communication and patient care skills

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Outpatient orthopedic therapy background
• Experience with post-operative and non-operative patient care
• Ability to handle a high-volume patient caseload efficiently
