Contract | Nights (6:00 PM – 6:30 AM) | Weekend Rotations Required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to adult patients across detox and residential treatment units
• Maintain nurse-to-patient ratios of 1:7 on the detox unit and 1:24 on the residential unit
• Collaborate with ancillary staff including BHAs, BHTs, and clinical therapeutic staff to deliver comprehensive patient care
• Complete required documentation and charting using the HCS charting system
• Float to other units as needed to support staffing and patient care needs
• Participate in mandatory orientation including classroom training, shadowing shifts, and HealthStream learning modules

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Minimum of 1 year of current psychiatric nursing experience or comparable behavioral health experience
• Willingness to float to other units as needed
• Availability for weekend rotations
• SNF and Home Health experience will not be considered in lieu of psychiatric experience

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in an inpatient behavioral health or detox setting
• Familiarity with both voluntary and involuntary patient admission processes
• Prior experience with HCS or similar electronic charting systems
