Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive physical therapy services to patients
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly
- Document patient care and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Current CPR certification
- Excellent communication and patient care skills
- Ability to work 8.5-hour shifts
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience in outpatient or rehab settings
- Knowledge of your Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems
