Job Title
• Registered Nurse - IMC/PCU/Stepdown

Schedule / Job Type
• Nights, 12-hour shifts, 3 shifts per week

Key Responsibilities
• Provide direct patient care to adult patients in the IMC, PCU, and Stepdown units, ensuring safety and comfort.
• Monitor patient status, interpret vital signs and dysrhythmias, and respond appropriately to changes.
• Administer medications, including chemotherapy, blood products, and IV therapies, following protocols.
• Manage complex equipment such as telemetry monitors, infusion pumps, and airway devices.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure infection control and fall prevention protocols are followed.

Required Qualifications
• Current RN license in Ohio or valid compact license.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent acute care experience, preferably in critical care, IMC, PCU, or stepdown units.
• BLS, ACLS, and NIH certifications required.
• Proficient in interpretation of dysrhythmias and use of telemetry systems.
• Ability to manage IV therapy, medication administration, and complex patient care equipment.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience with oncology patients or in a high-acuity telemetry setting.
• Knowledge of infusion pump management, chemotherapy protocols, and blood product administration.
• Familiarity with ventilator management (e.g., CPAP/BIPAP, HFNC).
• Previous travel nursing experience preferred.
