Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Days | Monday–Friday, 11:00 AM–7:30 PM (8.5-hour shifts with 30-minute lunch break); 10-hour shifts during holiday weeks to maintain 40 guaranteed hours per week. No on-call. No weekends.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver radiation therapy treatments to patients using linear accelerator technology in accordance with prescribed treatment plans.
• Operate and maintain Varian TrueBeam and Halcyon linear accelerators in a clinical setting.
• Utilize Aria (version 15) treatment management software to document and manage patient treatment records.
• Ensure accurate patient positioning and treatment delivery, adhering to established safety and quality protocols.
• Participate in onboarding orientation during the first week (8:00 AM–4:30 PM schedule).

Required Qualifications

• Active Ohio Radiation Therapist license required.
• ARRT certification in Radiation Therapy Technology required.
• BLS certification required.
• ACLS certification required.
• Demonstrated competency on Varian TrueBeam linacs, Halcyon, and Aria version 15.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with VisionRT or OSMS surface-guided radiation therapy systems.
• Prior experience in a high-volume radiation oncology clinical environment.
