Occupational Therapist – Outpatient Pediatrics

Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services in an outpatient pediatric setting, including evaluation and treatment planning
• Deliver therapy services within a women and children's pavilion environment, supporting a patient population that may include NICU and maternity-related cases
• Document patient progress and clinical notes using EPIC electronic health records
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care and treatment goals
• Float between like units within the facility as needed and within scope of practice

Required Qualifications

• Active Washington State Occupational Therapist license (must be in-hand prior to start)
• NBCOT certification required
• BLS certification required
• Minimum of 2 years of occupational therapy experience
• Proficiency with EPIC charting system
• Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility (no local candidates)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in an outpatient pediatric therapy setting
• Familiarity with Level II Trauma Center or acute care hospital environments
• Experience working within a women's and children's specialty care setting
