Nuclear Medicine Technologist – Heart Station

Location

Toledo, OH

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | Full-Time | Onsite | Monday–Friday with Saturday rotation | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (5x8 Hours) | No other weekends, holidays, or call

Key Responsibilities

• Perform nuclear medicine imaging procedures within the Heart Station department
• Conduct SPECT imaging studies with accuracy and adherence to established protocols
• Operate and maintain nuclear medicine imaging equipment and related computer systems
• Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals in accordance with departmental and regulatory guidelines
• Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout all imaging procedures
• Maintain accurate documentation of procedures and patient records

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in an Allied Health Field
• Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in Nuclear Medicine, or Board Certified by the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB)
• Active Nuclear Medicine Technologist license in the State of Ohio
• Current CPR certification
• Minimum of one year of experience in Nuclear Medicine Technology
• Ability to meet physical requirements including standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally

Preferred Experience / Skills

• One or more years of experience in Nuclear Cardiology with emphasis on SPECT imaging
• Proficiency with nuclear medicine computer systems and imaging software
• First-time travelers welcome to apply
