• Full-time, outpatient therapy, day shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient orthopedic therapy to a diverse patient population
• Manage a caseload of approximately 12-14 patients daily, including follow-up visits
• Work within productivity expectations of 60 visits per week
• Double-book follow-up visits as needed to accommodate patient schedules
• Collaborate with clinic staff and supervisors to ensure quality patient care
• Support float coverage to other clinics within the region as needed

Required Qualifications

• Valid state license as a Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred but not required
• Ability to work full-time, flexible to a day shift schedule
• Strong communication and patient management skills

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Recent outpatient orthopedic experience preferred
• Open to first-time travelers and new graduates
• Prior experience in outpatient clinics or orthopedic settings
