Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, nights (3x12-hour shifts per week)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide acute care nursing services in the Emergency Room setting during night shifts
- Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and collaborate with healthcare team to ensure quality patient care
- Document patient information accurately using electronic health records (EPIC)
- Respond to emergency situations promptly and effectively
- Maintain compliance with hospital policies and safety protocols
Required Qualifications
- Valid Illinois RN license (or compact license with ETA approval) at the time of application
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications required
- Minimum of 1 year of ER nursing experience
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience working in acute care hospital emergency departments
- Familiarity with EPIC charting system
- Comfortable floating within scope to meet facility needs
