Job Title

• Backfill - Travel RN - Charge - Level I ER Care Center

• Asheville, NC

Schedule / Job Type

• Travel / Nights, 12.5-hour shifts, 3 shifts per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide emergency department nursing care in a Level I ER setting.
• Serve as a Charge RN, overseeing patient flow and staff coordination.
• Deliver high-quality care according to established protocols and standards.
• Collaborate with medical staff to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes.
• Document patient assessments, treatments, and progress accurately.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum of 2+ years of emergency department experience.
• Proven ability to manage high-pressure clinical situations.
• Strong communication and team coordination skills.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in a Level I Trauma Center.
• Prior travel nursing experience preferred.
• Ability to work night shifts and adapt to flexible schedules.
