Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (19:00–07:30)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide respiratory therapy services within a neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) setting during night shift hours
- Manage and monitor neonatal ventilators and advanced respiratory support equipment
- Assist with high-risk deliveries requiring immediate respiratory intervention
- Perform neuro diagnostics and respiratory assessments as required by the unit
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support neonatal patient outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Active Ohio Respiratory Therapy License (must be in hand at time of submission)
- CRT or RRT credential required
- NRP Certification required
- Minimum 2 years of respiratory therapy experience
- NICU experience required
- High school diploma and college diploma/transcripts required
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with Nitric Oxide (iNO), Oscillator Ventilation, and NAVA
- Proficiency with Bubble CPAP and High-Flow Nasal Cannula
- Experience supporting high-risk deliveries in a neonatal environment
