Registered Nurse – Home Health
Location: Asheville, NC
Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, Days, 4 shifts per week, 9 hours per shift
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive home health nursing care to patients in the Franklin/Macon County area.
• Conduct visits approximately every 6-7 weeks, primarily during daytime hours.
• Maintain documentation using the Home Health Clinical Branch (HCHB) system.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations, including hospice and home health standards.
• Utilize necessary skills to perform procedures and support patient recovery and well-being.

Required Qualifications:

• Valid RN license for the state of North Carolina.
• Home health and hospice experience in the Franklin/Macon County area.
• Strong documentation skills and familiarity with HCHB or similar electronic medical records.
• Reliable transportation for patient visits.
• Ability to work independently with a focus on patient-centered care.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Prior experience working with home health agencies or hospice environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
