Contract | Days (5x8 Hours, 7:00–15:00) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct perioperative nursing care in an operating room setting at a short-term acute care facility
• Function in a circulator role supporting a variety of surgical specialties including orthopedic, general, gynecological, and podiatric procedures
• Maintain a 1:1 patient ratio throughout surgical cases
• Participate in on-call rotation, including weekday and weekend call as assigned
• Adhere to facility protocols, scheduling requirements, and float policies as applicable

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse license; compact license must be in hand at time of submission
• Minimum of 1 year of Operating Room nursing experience
• Knowledge and hands-on skills in orthopedic, general, gynecological, and podiatric surgical procedures
• Ability to participate in on-call rotation (approximately 1–2 weekdays and 1–2 weekends per month)
• Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to qualify under travel compliance guidelines
• Willingness to commit to working 3 of 5 designated holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience in an Operating Room setting
• Familiarity with circulator responsibilities across multiple surgical specialties
• Experience working in a short-term acute care hospital environment
