- Full-time, 3x12-hour shifts, Day shifts
Key Responsibilities
- Operate MRI equipment to produce diagnostic images in accordance with physician orders
- Ensure patient comfort and safety during imaging procedures
- Prepare and maintain MRI suite and equipment according to safety protocols
- Document patient information and imaging results accurately in the electronic health record
- Collaborate with radiology team to deliver high-quality patient care
- Adhere to hospital policies, safety standards, and confidentiality requirements
Required Qualifications
- ARRT (MR) certification or ARMRIT certification
- Active BLS certification
- Minimum of 1 year MRI technologist experience, Siemens experience preferred
- Valid South Carolina state license or proof of application in progress
- Ability to work independently and handle clinical responsibilities efficiently
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Level 1 Trauma experience
- Previous experience working in a teaching hospital environment

Additional Notes
- Work schedule includes Fridays through Sundays, with shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM
- Must be available for holiday shifts if scheduled
- On-call requirements are not applicable for this role
- Candidates within a 60-mile radius of Charleston are preferred; local consideration may include a slight pay adjustment
- All candidates must complete relevant labs within 72 hours of signing and adhere to hurricane season emergency response protocols
