Contract | Full-Time | PM & NOC Shifts | Every Weekend

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate significant changes in resident condition in a timely manner to physicians, families, and other relevant parties
• Complete all applicable resident assessments and maintain accurate, thorough resident records and charting
• Administer medications in accordance with the 5 Rights of Medication Administration
• Perform wound care and wound assessments as needed
• Monitor residents for changes in condition and act as a floor leader by assessing and directing situations as they arise
• Report any allegations of abuse, neglect, or misappropriation to appropriate leadership and assist CNAs with answering call lights

Required Qualifications

• Minimum two-year degree in Nursing required
• Must hold and maintain a valid Wisconsin Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Current CPR/BLS certification required
• Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Four-year degree in Nursing preferred
• 1 or more years of related nursing experience, preferably in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting
