Hospice Inpatient RN – NOC (Night Shift)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in a 12-bed inpatient hospice facility during overnight shifts
• Manage pain and other symptoms for patients in the final stages of illness
• Support patients and family members through end-of-life care, including respite and room and board services
• Coordinate with an interdisciplinary team including social services, spiritual support, hospice aides, and volunteers
• Administer and oversee appropriate medications and equipment as directed by the care plan

Required Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered Oregon RN license required upon submission
• Healthcare Provider Level BLS certification required
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) credential

Preferred Experience / Skills

• BSN degree preferred
• Previous home health, hospice, or case management experience preferred
• Broad-based nursing experience with specialized skills applicable to hospice or home health nursing
