Job Title
• Registered Nurse - Med/Surg Tele

• Cleveland, OH

Schedule / Job Type
• Rotating shifts, 3 shifts per week, 12 hours per shift (nights and days)

Key Responsibilities
• Provide direct patient care to medical/surgical and telemetry units, ensuring safety and comfort
• Float to various units including J1-2, J33, and Emergency Department as needed to care for the same patient population
• Adhere to hospital protocols, including completion of assessments such as ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate during orientation
• Work at least every other holiday as scheduled
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to support patient recovery and provide education as required

Required Qualifications
• Minimum of 18 months of permanent experience in Medical/Surgical or Telemetry nursing within a single location or combined experience acceptable
• Valid Ohio nursing license or compact license in hand at time of submission
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications (active and unencumbered)
• Ability to pass ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments with at least one attempt
• Negative drug screen (10-panel plus cotinine) within the past 12 months
• Successful completion of background check within 48 hours of signing contract

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Recent travel or perm experience in Med/Surg Telemetry units
• Experience working in hospital environments with rotating shift schedules
• Strong assessment skills and familiarity with documentation requirements

• Must have active references from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director within the past 12 months
• All certifications and licenses must be current; no pending renewals
• Must be willing to work at least every other holiday and comply with hospital policies
