- Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Location
- Albuquerque, NM
Schedule / Job Type
- Nights, 12.5 hours per shift, 3 shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting
- Monitor patient health status and record changes in patient conditions
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and update care plans
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and compliance with regulatory standards
Required Qualifications
- Valid LVN or LPN license in New Mexico
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Proven experience in a long-term care or SNF environment
- Strong communication and clinical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience with elderly or chronically ill populations
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
