Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality emergency care to patients in the ER setting.
- Assess patient conditions, prioritize care, and coordinate treatment plans.
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond to medical emergencies promptly.
- Document patient information accurately and maintain detailed medical records.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Illinois.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an emergency or acute care setting.
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous ER or trauma center experience.
- Ability to work independently and handle high-pressure situations.
