Physical Therapy Assistant
Location: Claremore, OK
Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, days, 40 hours per week, 8.5-hour shifts, Monday - Friday, no weekend rotation.
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy assistance to patients in a Veterans' hospital setting.
• Support therapists in implementing treatment plans and patient care activities.
• Document patient progress and assist with therapy sessions as directed by licensed therapists.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care.
• Help maintain a safe and supportive environment for patients and staff.

Required Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a director of rehabilitation (DOR) role or similar setting highly preferred.
• Valid state licensure or certification as a Physical Therapy Assistant.
• Ability to work with a diverse patient population, including Veterans.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Experience working with large facilities or hospitals.
• Knowledge of Veterans' healthcare needs.
