Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, Night shifts, 12-hour shifts, 3 shifts per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in a Medical Surgical unit
• Follow physician’s orders, nursing policies, and hospital procedures to ensure quality patient care
• Support patients of all ages and their families through assessment, planning, and implementation of care
• Work independently to execute assigned nursing duties with attention to patient conditions and treatment plans
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely in accordance with hospital standards

Required Qualifications

• Valid, unrestricted Nursing License in any U.S. state, Puerto Rico, or U.S. territory
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an acute or sub-acute care facility
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
• Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification from the American Heart Association
• Certification in Trauma Care After Resuscitation (TCAR) within six months of hire
• NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification within six months of hire

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a healthcare setting serving Native American communities is a plus
• Strong ability to work independently and handle a fast-paced clinical environment
