Job Title
• Registered Nurse - Cardiac Cath Lab
Location
• Fredericksburg, TX
Schedule / Job Type
• Travel, 13-week contract, Mon-Fri, Days, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, on-call rotating evenings and weekends
Key Responsibilities
• Provide nursing care in the Cardiac Cath Lab, supporting interventional procedures such as PCI and interventional radiology
• Collaborate with lab staff to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes during procedures
• Maintain compliance with unit policies, protocols, and safety standards
• Document patient data accurately within the EMR system—Meditech or Philips equipment knowledge preferred
• Participate in on-call rotations to provide after-hours support as required
Required Qualifications
• Valid RN license
• At least 1 year of experience in a Cardiac Cath Lab or similar setting
• Ability to work rotating on-call shifts, including evenings and weekends
• Knowledge of interventional cardiology procedures such as PCI
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience working with Philips and Meditech EMR systems
• Strong interpersonal skills—friendly, professional, flexible
• Previous experience in an acute care setting, particularly in a cath lab environment
