Location: Atlantis, FL
Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, Days, 5 days per week, 8.5-hour shifts (07/13/2026 - 10/04/2026)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide occupational therapy services in a newly opened 42-bed inpatient rehabilitation unit.
• Utilize therapy equipment and documentation systems such as Meditech to deliver patient care.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Perform 1:1 therapy sessions and monitor patient progress, ensuring quality care.
• Adhere to hospital policies, including dress code and unit-specific guidelines.

Required Qualifications:

• Florida state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
• Minimum of 6 months experience in acute care, skilled nursing facilities, or inpatient rehabilitation units.
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• Ability to incorporate weekends into a 5-day workweek is a plus.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Experience working with therapy equipment in a rehabilitation setting.
• Ability to adapt to new technology and equipment updates.
