Job Title

• Registered Nurse - Med/Surg Telemetry (Night Shift)

Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, Night shifts, 3 days per week, 12-hour shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to adult patients in a Medical/Surgical Telemetry unit.
• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms, ensuring patient safety.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols.
• Document patient care activities accurately in electronic health records.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate patient care and ensure optimal outcomes.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 months recent permanent experience in Medical/Surgical Telemetry.
• Must possess a valid Ohio license or a Compact license in hand at the time of submission.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Must pass ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments during orientation.
• Active references from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director within the past 12 months.
• Background checks including nicotine and drug screening (negative results required).

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience within the Cleveland Clinic Health System or similar hospital environments.
• Experience with telemetry monitoring and cardiac rhythm recognition.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
