Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical Telemetry unit during night shift hours
• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and telemetry data for assigned patients
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
• Complete required facility orientation modules and assessments prior to and during contract

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 months of recent permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience
• Active, permanent Ohio RN license in hand at time of submission (compact licenses accepted for starts dated 1/1/2023 and forward)
• Active AHA BLS certification (no pending status)
• Active AHA ACLS certification (no pending status)
• No open licensing actions or background hits of any kind
• Two professional references from a manager, assistant nurse manager, supervisor, or director within the applying specialty, from assignments worked within the past 12 months

Preferred Experience / Skills

• 18 months of Med/Surg Telemetry experience obtained within a single location
• Demonstrated proficiency in ECG rhythm recognition
• Familiarity with medication administration competency assessments
