Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, 13-week contract, night shifts (3x12)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide emergency and medical-surgical care in a critical access facility with up to 25 beds.
• Float between ER, Med/Surg, and Charge nurse responsibilities as needed.
• Utilize Cerner for charting and documentation.
• Maintain flexibility to perform multiple duties in a small, multifaceted environment.
• Adhere to facility policies and ensure patient safety during assigned shifts.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in ER, Med/Surg, or Charge nurse roles.
• Prior travel nursing experience is mandatory.
• Valid BLS (AHA/ARC) certification.
• Valid ACLS (AHA/ARC) certification.
• Valid PALS (AHA/ARC or ENPC) certification.
• Valid TNCC certification.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• NIHSS certification.
• CPI certification.
• SANE certification.

Additional Details

• Start Date: 07/28/2026
• Shift Details: 3 nights per week, 12-hour shifts, scheduled Sunday to Saturday.
• Orientation held exclusively on Tuesdays.
• Facility provides housing at $30 per shift worked, paid monthly by cash or check.
• Local travelers (less than 50 miles): eligible but with a $10 per shift pay reduction.
• Guaranteed hours: 36 hours per week.
