• Full-time, temporary, night shifts (4x12-hour shifts per week)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialized nursing care to NICU patients in a Level II Trauma Center.
• Float between units as required, ensuring optimal patient outcomes.
• Document patient care accurately using Epic electronic charting system.
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies and stay updated on unit protocols.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality care.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Washington or Compact Registered Nurse license (must be current at submission).
• Minimum 1 year of recent NICU experience.
• Excellent communication and patient assessment skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Clear criminal background and compliance documentation submitted prior to start.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience working in a Level II Pediatric Trauma Center.
• Experience floating between units and working in a fast-paced environment.
