Full-time, days shifts, 4 shifts per week, 10 hours per shift

Key Responsibilities

• Provide perioperative nursing care in the Operating Room, supporting various surgical specialties including orthopedics, general surgery, urology, gynecology, spine, ENT, total joints, neuro/spine, OB-GYN, plastics, robotics, trauma, and vascular procedures
• Assist with circulating and scrub duties, including endoscopic procedures and robotics-assisted surgeries
• Administer sedation, blood products, and medication using aseptic techniques
• Manage drains, epidural pumps, PICC lines, central lines, Port-A-Cath, and other vascular devices
• Monitor and care for patients using wound vacs and other postoperative devices
• Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure safe and effective patient care

Required Qualifications

• Active compact license for the State of Washington
• Minimum of 2 years of OR nursing experience
• BLS certification mandatory; ACLS preferred
• Ability to work a 12-hour on-call shift schedule, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays
• Experience with robotics, ENT with endoscope proficiency, and scrub experience strongly preferred

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience with orthopedic sports medicine and outpatient surgery procedures
• Familiarity with sedation procedures, blood product administration, drains, epidural pumps, and vascular access
• Ability to float to other campuses as needed
