Contract | Days | 4x10 Hours | General Hours 7:00am–5:30pm (may vary based on patient schedule; Thursdays start at 8:30am)

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform surgical technologist duties within a surgical services department
  • Participate in on-call rotation Monday–Friday 5:30pm–7:00am and Saturday–Sunday 7:00am–7:00pm (call frequency approximately 2–3 times per month)
  • Operate and maintain Steris AER equipment as required
  • Float to an additional campus location as needed
  • Complete required compliance modules pre-start and annually as directed

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of surgical technologist experience (first-time travelers accepted)
  • Active BLS certification
  • One of the following credentials required: CNA, MA-C, or Surgical Technologist Washington State License
  • Proficiency with Steris AER equipment
  • Ability to provide 2 references covering 1 year of experience within the last 3 years prior to start

Preferred Experience / Skills

  • ERCP certification (required to participate in weekend on-call shifts)
  • Experience floating across multiple clinical campus locations
