Key Responsibilities

• Perform obstetric and gynecologic ultrasound scans, including anatomy, Dopplers, transvaginal imaging, and high-risk obstetric assessments.
• Operate and troubleshoot Samsung Hera W10 and Samsung RS 85 Prestige equipment.
• Complete outpatient ultrasound procedures for high-risk patients, ensuring accuracy and adherence to protocols.
• Document findings using PACS and report results as required.
• Administer and monitor Pass/Fail EKG exams for compliance.
• May participate in occasional float assignments across various Cone Health campuses as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of ultrasound experience, including OB/GYN and high-risk obstetrics.
• Current ARDMS certification in OB/GYN with MFM experience.
• Valid license in hand for the state of North Carolina.
• BLS certification.
• EPIC experience required, with proficiency in OB reporting.
• Outpatient ultrasound experience preferred.
• Must pass Pass/Fail EKG exam during compliance.
• Education verified through a third-party process; no credential from fraudulent institutions accepted.
• Completed compliance file, including background check with no open cases.
• Ability to work variable shifts with potential occasional float to other campuses.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Teaching hospital experience.
• Knowledge of Amniocentesis and Chronic Villi Sampling procedures.
