Contract | Night Shift | 3x12-Hour Shifts (18:30–07:00) | Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday Nights | Onsite
Key Responsibilities
- Perform polysomnographic studies and sleep diagnostics in an acute care hospital setting
- Monitor and record patient neurological and respiratory data during overnight sleep studieslichkeit
- Maintain a patient ratio of 2:1 throughout assigned shifts
- Document and chart all patient care activities using Epic electronic health records
- Participate in required facility orientation modules prior to and during assignment
- Float to affiliate facilities nearby as operationally required
Required Qualifications
- Active Oregon (OR) state license — must be in hand at time of submission (pending licenses not accepted for this role)
- Minimum 1 year of polysomnography or sleep tech experience
- Proficiency with Epic electronic health records
- Availability to work Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday night shifts including Friday nights extending into Saturday morning
- Must have a personal vehicle for this assignment
- Must commit to working 3 of the 5 designated holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a short-term acute care hospital environment
- Familiarity with block scheduling in a travel or contract staffing capacity
