Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy evaluation and treatment for inpatients and outpatients across all age groups, from birth through geriatric, including weekend rotation
• Deliver specialty services such as wound care, prosthetic and orthotic clinic, spinal cord clinic, assistive technology and adaptive equipment evaluation, and Durable Medical Equipment program support
• Manage and implement the Physical Therapy program, including development and oversight of policies and procedures
• Support continuing quality improvement, risk management, safety initiatives, and Joint Commission preparation
• Participate in staff education, in-services, staff meetings, and reporting activities
• Fulfill responsibilities as outlined in the Medical Staff Credentialing Core Privileges form

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
• Valid, current, full, and unrestricted Physical Therapy license in any U.S. state, the District of Columbia, or the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association
• Must meet all requirements for Medical Staff credentialing and provide all related documentation
• Must successfully complete fingerprinting clearance prior to start date

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working with Native American populations or in a culturally diverse healthcare setting
• Background in specialty PT services such as geriatrics, orthotics/prosthetics, or assistive technology
• Prior experience in a JCAHO-accredited facility or similar regulated healthcare environment
