Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory therapy services across assigned units, with the ability to float internally between departments as needed
• Deliver specialized care within a Level 3 NICU environment, including management of critically ill neonatal patients
• Operate and manage advanced ventilation equipment including Nitric Oxide, Jet ventilation, and Oscillator ventilation
• Adapt to a variable shift schedule while maintaining consistent, high-quality patient care
• Work every other weekend per collective bargaining agreement requirements

Required Qualifications

• Active Washington State Respiratory Therapist license – must be in hand at time of submission
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required
• Demonstrated Level 3 NICU experience
• Competency in Nitric Oxide, Jet ventilation, and Oscillator ventilation
• Flexibility to float internally between departments

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel contract experience in a hospital or acute care setting
• Experience working in a variable shift environment across multiple clinical units
