Contract | Days | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM) | 36 or 48 hours per week | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Stepdown / IMC / PCU setting, including overflow from Med-Surg
• Monitor and manage patients with cardiovascular conditions requiring intermediate-level care
• Participate in team nursing model with patient ratios of 1:12
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams within a large, short-term acute care, Level I Trauma Center environment
• Fulfill on-call and weekend requirements as needed per unit scheduling
• Float to like units or campuses within a 20-mile radius as required

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of recent experience in IMC, PCU, Stepdown, or related specialty
• Cardiovascular (CV) experience required
• Level I Trauma experience required
• Large hospital experience required
• At least 1 prior completed travel nursing assignment required
• Active RN license in the state of Tennessee or a compact RN license compliant with NLC guidelines (no pending licenses accepted)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• 3 or more years of recent clinical experience in specialty
• EPIC electronic health record experience
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) accepted; BSN not required for this position
