Surgical Technologist – Vascular OR

Contract | Days | 36–40 Hours per Week | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Scrub and assist in vascular surgical procedures, with the ability to support ortho, neuro, and general OR cases as needed
• Fulfill call requirements mirroring the Vascular Scrub Team schedule, including approximately every 2nd or 3rd weekend as a call weekend and 1–2 call shifts per week
• Adhere to a 30-minute on-site response time for all call activations
• Participate in holiday call rotation based on patient census and staffing needs
• Float to the General OR and/or Outpatient Surgery Center during periods of low census or high staffing demand
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of central processing, instrumentation, and surgical technique across multiple service lines

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited surgical technology program
• Current BLS certification
• Highly skilled and experienced across multiple surgical specialties including vascular, ortho, and neuro
• Excellent critical thinking skills with strong knowledge of central processing and surgical instrumentation
• Ability to meet a 30-minute on-site response time for call requirements

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) credential preferred but not required
• Broad, current experience across a wide range of surgical service lines
