Contract | Nights | 12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a 44-bed Emergency Department setting serving a general patient population across all age ranges
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for emergency patients in a fast-paced environment
• Maintain patient-to-nurse ratios of 1:4–5 while delivering safe, high-quality care
• Work rotating weekends and holidays as required to meet unit scheduling needs
• Document patient care accurately using electronic health record systems

Required Qualifications

• Active Tennessee RN license or Multistate (Compact) RN license required at time of submission
• Minimum of 2 years of Emergency Room nursing experience
• Prior travel nursing experience required
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIH Stroke Scale certifications required
• Must be available to meet the scheduling needs of the unit — block scheduling cannot be accommodated
• Navy scrubs required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with Cerner electronic health records strongly preferred
• Familiarity working in a mid-to-large hospital environment
